Refund Guidelines
We want customers to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a return request within 30 days of delivery.
To be accepted, returned items must be unused, unaltered, and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Products showing signs of use, damage caused by improper handling, or missing packaging may not qualify for refund approval.
Non-Eligible Returns
We only accept returns for orders placed directly through our official website. Items purchased from resellers, marketplaces, or other third-party sellers are not covered under this policy.
Orders are processed shortly after payment confirmation. Once fulfillment begins, order cancellations or modifications may no longer be available.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team by sending an email to kbergbrandy191@gmail.com and include your order number along with a short description of the issue.
Our support team will review your request and provide detailed return instructions if the request is approved.
Shipping Responsibility
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped, we will arrange and cover the return shipping cost.
For returns requested for personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong item or personal preference), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking.
We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
